You are enough
Thinking about what manifestation work can do for your life, the possibilities, and the endless opportunities that can make their way into your life keeps hope alive.
The life you want to build is on the other side of your fear, or already piled high with excuses built on coffee, stale Cheerios, and mountains of cortisol left over from the chaos of the workweek.
Here's what I am listening to lately to ground and heal my energy:
Check out my latest sneak peek from our sisterhood on the podcast:
Anyway, you're here, and I am here, and you allowed me into your inbox, so thank you for that.
Regardless of what brought you here, the truth is you're participating in the here and the now
The rhythm of your life is momentum looking for a smooth path to carve out all the things looking to escape from within your soul...
Maybe this is the first time you have been able to breathe.
Rest your hands on your heart and repeat:
"I am capable of being a vessel of love without feeling guilt"
You no longer need to fear being seen; you are being seen by the inner child who was afraid, estranged, and often felt like a stranger.
You are the foundation, start there. When we are clear about our goals, create a specific intention around them, and keep those goals measurable and achievable by remaining relevant and time-sensitive, we can be consistent, responsible, and accountable when any issues come up that could make us question our worth.
Ways to be the foundation:
Make a list of the positives and negatives associated with your current situation
Build a plan of action with SMART-oriented goals (7 days to start)
don't sit and wait, let go, stay consistent, and let it work it all out
This is not a magic wand; everyone's situation is unique and will require some adjustments and fine-tuning. Remember, nothing is perfect, but it sure is worth it.
Look around you, and manifest all you see. If it's negative, make a conscious note of it and follow the steps and guidance above. Let the signposts along your journey, a.k.a the synchronicities, be the leading and guiding force alongside your intuition.
You are enough....
I look forward to hearing your voice and knowing you deserve to use it.
Loud, messy, and unconditioned.
OK, OK, enough coaching xoxo
Let's wrap up with a Journal prompt and a poem from my upcoming poetry book.
Keep an eye on your email for weekly inspiration, and join our sisterhood for even more accountability.
Journal prompt:
Who am I underneath all of my demands and responsibilities?
Cliffnote:
Was it your heart or stubborn pride
years left wading the tide of truth
Your resistance to love set me adrift
storms rise, and darkened skies are left
Unreleased poetry from Cliff Notes 2027
Be love and light,
See you next week.
Elise
