I came across Elise about a year ago and she has given me the best guidance and tools to work with and I personally feel a lot better about myself and I know I still have a lot more work to do on myself! But if you are looking for a laid back woman to help you understand you’re better and to boost your confidence! I highly recommend her and also so thankful for seastar sister hood ! Elise has created an amazing space for her Seastars providing a variety of tools and content from meditations, podcasts, her writing, workbooks and coaching tools which I’ve found immensely helpful while on my journey to reconnect with myself, continue processing my past trauma and redefine who I am and wish to be. I stumbled across her a year ago and never left because she is REAL, she is responsive and my favorite part… she gives you the messages you need, NOT want you want. Thank you Elise for creating sisterhood! I’ve loved working at my own pace without all the social media noise. Some days I feel like diving deep into a guided workshop or a workbook. Other days I need a quick mind reset with your reiki meditation videos. Regardless I want to thank you for sharing your knowledge to allow people like me to overcome life’s obstacles.

Helping Women Transcend Trauma
My work with women is primarily offered in a virtual format, allowing support to be accessible, flexible, and integrated into real life. Working online removes geographical barriers and creates a private, safe container where women can explore healing, growth, and self-trust from their own space. Through workshops, coaching, Reiki, guided practices, and digital tools, I support women in navigating anxiety, life transitions, motherhood, entrepreneurship, and spiritual expansion—without the pressure to be anywhere other than where they are.
This virtual approach allows for depth without disruption, consistency without overwhelm, and connection that honors each woman’s unique season of life.
