You Survived What Was Meant to Break You.
Now It’s Time to Come Home to Yourself.
I help women who have experienced abuse and deep trauma move beyond survival, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and embrace spirituality as part of their healing journey.
You are not broken. You are becoming.
You Are More Than What Happened to You.
A trauma-informed pathway from survival to self-trust, spiritual connection, and becoming who you were always meant to be.
You don't have to spend the rest of your life defined by what happened to you.
Healing isn't about becoming someone new.
It's about returning to yourself.
I'm Elise Skibik author, life coach, trauma advocate, Reiki Master, and creator of the SEASTAR Model and TRANSEND Method.
Through coaching, mentorship, writing, spirituality, and holistic healing practices, I help women begin to understand their patterns, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and create a life that feels like their own.
You survived. Now let's explore what becomes possible when you no longer have to live from a place of survival.
From Surviving to Becoming
Trauma can shape the way we see ourselves, our relationships, our choices, and even our future.
You may find yourself:
repeating patterns you know aren't serving you
struggling with self-sabotage
carrying anxiety, stress, or hypervigilance
questioning your intuition
feeling disconnected from yourself
searching for deeper meaning or spirituality
knowing you want change but not knowing where to begin
You aren't broken.
There are patterns beneath the patterns.
And when we begin creating safety, awareness, and space to explore them, something begins to shift.
Your Healing Isn't About Becoming Someone Else.
It's about returning to the woman underneath the survival patterns.
My work brings together trauma-informed coaching, subconscious pattern exploration, spirituality, Reiki-informed practices, reflection, journaling, meditation, and intuitive self-discovery.
The goal isn't to tell you who to become.
The goal is to help you hear yourself again.

Books & Writing
Sometimes healing begins with seeing your own story reflected in someone else's words.
Through memoir, poetry, reflection, and storytelling, my writing explores trauma, survival, spirituality, identity, resilience, and the complicated path of becoming whole.
Meet Elise
I don't teach healing from a pedestal.
I share from lived experience.
My own journey has taken me through trauma, survival, addiction, motherhood, spiritual awakening, and the long process of learning that surviving something and living freely after it are two very different things.
Those experiences became part of the foundation for the work I do today.
To create spaces where women can feel safe enough to explore, courageous enough to shift, and empowered enough to return to themselves.
You Don't Have to Have It All Figured Out.
Maybe you're at the beginning.
Maybe you've already done years of healing work.
Maybe you're somewhere in between.
There is no perfect timeline.
There is no single way to heal.
There is only the next honest step.
And you don't have to take it alone.
A Gentle Reminder
This work is educational and supportive in nature and is not a substitute for psychotherapy, medical care, or crisis services. You are always encouraged to seek qualified professional support appropriate to your individual needs.

Big Ideas, Real Impact
The TRANSCEND Method
A Journey Back to Yourself
What if healing isn't about becoming someone new, but reconnecting with the woman who has been there all along?
Trauma can shape the way we see ourselves, our relationships, our bodies, and the world around us. Sometimes the patterns that once helped us survive can continue long after the danger has passed.
You may find yourself abandoning your own needs, struggling to trust yourself, feeling disconnected from your body or intuition, or wondering who you are beyond everything you've experienced.
You don't have to navigate that journey alone.
The TRANSCEND Method is my signature trauma-informed coaching framework created to help you move from surviving to consciously reconnecting with yourself.
Through nine intentional stages, we create space to slow down, listen inward, regulate our nervous system, acknowledge what we've experienced, nurture ourselves, and begin taking meaningful steps forward.
TRANSCEND stands for:
T — Tune In
R — Regulate
A — Acknowledge
N — Nurture
S — Step Forward
C — Connect
E — Embody
N — Navigate
D — Develop
This isn't about rushing your healing or forcing yourself to "move on."
It's about learning to listen to yourself again.
It's about recognizing what you need.
It's about creating a relationship with yourself rooted in compassion rather than self-abandonment.
And ultimately, it's about discovering that there is so much more to you than what you've survived.
Your healing journey can begin with one conversation.
Through one-on-one coaching, we'll explore where you are now, what you're ready to shift, and what support you need to move forward—using the TRANSCEND Method as a compassionate framework for your journey.
You are not your trauma.
You are the woman who survived it
You are the woman who gets to decide what comes next.

Intuitive, powerful shaman
Elise is a powerful and remarkable healer.
I had been yearning for a shamanic journey and met her at a spiritual retreat where she taught and offered Reiki and crystal healing to all of us. I was able to have a private session and journey under Elise’s guidance. She is a gifted shaman with both natural and developed intuition. My journey held truth, insights, and information for me. She harmonizes with nature and the source, and she facilitates meaningful connections to my higher self and ancestral souls. She is both strong and gentle, which suits my sensitive nature. I am very grateful to have Elise in my life, guiding me in my expansion and life path.
— Shamanic Journey clientElise is truly amazing
Elise is truly amazing. I have had the pleasure of attending multiple online workshops, receiving many readings, and purchasing her books. Every reading has been super accurate. Her printable self-help workbooks are the greatest, and I use them regularly to help guide me through this thing we call life. I suggest everyone book a session with her to gain insight and clarity.
— Client ReviewThankful to have found the Seastarhood!!!
Elise has created an amazing space for her Seastars, providing a variety of tools and content from meditations, podcasts, her writing, workbooks, and coaching tools, which I’ve found immensely helpful while on my journey to reconnect with myself, continue processing my past trauma, and redefine who I am and wish to be. I stumbled across her a year ago and never left because she is REAL, she is responsive and my favorite part… she gives you the messages you need, NOT want you want. Thank you, Elise, for creating this space and for being authentically you!

Real healing Real transformation
Damaged Girl is more than my memoir it is the story of what happens when a woman refuses to let her past define her future. Within these pages, I share my journey through deep, complex trauma, survival, loss, healing, and ultimately transformation. This book is an invitation for anyone who has ever felt broken, unseen, or silenced to discover that healing is possible. My hope is that as you walk beside me through my story, you'll find the courage to reconnect with your own inner strength, embrace your resilience, and remember that your greatest wounds can become the foundation for your greatest purpose.
The woman beneath the trauma
Why I Wrote My Memoir 🤍
I didn’t write my memoir because I had everything figured out.
I wrote it because there was a time when I didn’t know how to make sense of what had happened to me.
I carried stories I was ashamed of.
I carried wounds I didn’t understand.
I made choices from places of pain, survival, fear, and self-sabotage.
For a long time, I thought my past was something I needed to hide.
But healing taught me something different:
Our stories don’t have to remain the places where we are stuck. They can become the places where we begin to understand ourselves.
Writing Damaged Girl allowed me to go back—not to relive everything, but to finally witness the girl I had been with compassion.
She deserved to be understood.
She deserved to know that what happened to her wasn’t the end of her story.
And I deserved to discover that I was more than the things that happened to me.
I wrote my memoir for the woman who has ever looked at her life and wondered:
“How did I get here?”
For the woman who has survived things she never thought she would.
For the woman who has lost herself trying to survive.
And for the woman who is beginning to wonder…
Who could I become if I stopped letting my past define me?
My story isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about becoming.
It’s about finding my voice.
It’s about learning to trust myself again.
And ultimately, it’s about realizing that healing isn’t about becoming someone completely new.
Sometimes, healing is about returning to the woman you were underneath it all.
That is why I wrote my memoir.
And that is why I continue to share my story.
Because if my story can remind even one woman that she isn’t broken, isn’t alone, and isn’t finished…
then telling it was worth it. 🩷
Your story matters.
Your healing matters.
And you are so much more than what happened to you.
“Life coaching with Elise has been truly life-changing. She offers such a strong sense of support, understanding, and wisdom, drawing from her own experiences while also bringing a gentle insight that allows me to heal and expand at my own pace. I’m deeply grateful for her guidance and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking meaningful personal growth and support.”

Safety and self-connection have been an internal battle for most of the women who have experienced trauma. One of the recurring themes is being misled by assumptions, which can affect our process but also how we show up.
